Whoever is scheduled to pick up needs to get the checks and a key to the Apt. J-3 bathroom (where the coolers are stored) from the coordinators, pick up the coolers and the ice packs in the freezer from K-3 (the bike storage room), and then drive out to the farm (directions here) to pick up everyone’s order.
Glenn and/or Geri will help you load up the coolers, and you are usually free to stay and wander around the farm as long as you like.
Please let the Hochstetlers and the coordinators know on Tuesday when you plan to go.
After returning, place all the orders in the refrigerator or freezer in J-3, leave the receipts on the counter next to it, return the coolers to the bathroom, and bring the key back to the coordinator.
If you are not a resident of the University Village, the bathroom key will get you into the apartment. If you need to pick up or deliver the orders after 5:30, you will need to get the building entry code from the coordinators.
